The technician that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Even though the problem was not fixed. He still helped. I was texting and sending videos the whole time and he never gave up on helping me. He spent the whole day trying to figure out what the problem was and we both agreed that maybe just maybe it might be time to get a new printer since mine is 3 years old and has been printing everyday. Maybe it’s needs a deep deep clean or maybe like everything else in life you need to update or upgrade on electronics. I would highly recommend this company to help with your electronics. Honestly I would call back if I had any issues or problems with any other electronics that I have. Thank you for your help it was great information. In response to my Gaming PC’s inability to boot properly, I contacted Freeport Computer for assistance. Despite my uncertainty regarding the underlying issue, I am grateful for their prompt response. Upon receiving my computer, Freeport conducted a thorough diagnosis and identified that my GPU had reached its end-of-life cycle, necessitating replacement. Additionally, they uncovered several other unforeseen problems that were not previously apparent.
The repair process was completed efficiently, and the PC was thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend Freeport Computer for any computer repair requirements.

I was in desperate need of help trying to uninstall and install of Microsoft program that I purchased and I was not getting anywhere. I finally decided after a day and half of trying to get it done to make a call. Best Buy was a joke. So I looked on the internet and saw the reviews on Freeport Computers and so I called. Blake remotely helped me and did so without judgement of my lack of knowledge. After about 45 minutes he got it done and also fixed other issues my computer. It's running great and I am so grateful for his help. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have computer issues, he is certainly my hero!

My laptop is a gaming laptop that I used for work. I stream events such as pool tournament, weddings, sporting events. Etc. The laptop start having booting issues on restart taking at least 10 minutes. Then screen would be black. I would have to restart to get it to work again. I brought it to Freeport Computers and within less than half a day, the laptop came back working better then ever. Give this guy a chance to fix it. You won't ever regret it.

Great Service!! they were prompt with their responses and ready to fix my issues. Had a recurring issue with my pc shutting off/crashing upon starting any game; within a matter of 2 hrs they fix the issue at hand and made recommendations on how to prevent it from happening again! overall 10/10 experiennce!! really shows they want to help with your computer needs! will be coming back for sure!!! highly recommend!
